Dirty politics Nepotism Exploitation and overwork Highly toxic management They expect you to work like slave morning evening and night. Your skills and experience hold no value here it's just politics and you know what shameless levels of favouritism and groupism which they don't even try to hide. Special perks for few people including permanent WFH rest everyone forced to come to their office where 95% people look miserable. Worst HR! They promote people and after 1 week they be like ohhhh sorry that was a mistake you are not promoted like what kind of company does that?? You worked till 2AM on urgent project deliverables? Nobody cares. Show up at 9AM in the office for some useless all day faff session by one of the leaders or you will be penalized. Meanwhile your project and stressful client deliverables continue and since you are forced to attend these idiotic session and can't allocate enough time there, you will be penalized again. Then one of the AMs in US is having a bad day so they raise a 'quality issue' against you and you are penalized yet again. The system is so toxic that the only way to grow is by passing the blame to someone else and you can imagine what kind of people are at the top. Some managers even encourage people to go behind their peer's back and give negative feedback about them. 80% of senior employees moved to Canada in just 2 years for what? Company don't even have much clients there. One lady was sent to Vancouver where the company does not even have an office. Why remote work allowed for them while people are forced to WFO 12-13 hours in Bangalore and also treated so poorly by everyone?? whole company runs on the back of just few people who are overworked to the limit everyday while the politicians and nepo kids are chilling and getting promotions every year. Disturbing number of people here suffer from health issues. but if you talk about your problems they will corner you, humiliate you and make it look like your fault.
