Flexible timing
Job Description
Support multi-tenant web application which hasdeveloped on Python and AWS.
Perform data extraction on structure (RDBMS),unstructured (No-SQL), warehouse (Snowflake).
Execute predefined Python/SQL scripts as well asmodify based on data need.
Ensure customer services are operational withinthe specified SLA.
Provide timely, quality responses tocustomer/partner inquiries.
Maintain existing documents and update them ifany modification done during requirements.
Administer applications issues, provide updatesand perform root cause analysis.
Troubleshoot, test and report all aspects ofproduct to ensure high availability of application.
Adoption of Scrum and other agile practices asapplicable.
Enhance existing module by gathering informationrequired, studying systems flow, data usage and work processes.
Desired Experience/Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech. Graduates with any programminglanguage, sql are eligible.
Excellent ownership and attention to detail.
Good written & verbal communication skills.
Possess a fundamental understanding of basicareas of Computer Science.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment should excel with minimal supervision.
