JOB DESCRIPTIONASSOCIATE : MANAGERAnalytics.
JOB OBJECTIVE :
- To execute and deliver actionable business intelligence and insights on client projects for their digital marketing programs inclusive of web user behaviour, website performance and campaign performance.
- You will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on digital marketing performance, providing insights to guide decision-making, and driving continuous improvement in marketing campaigns.
- You will have a strong background in Adobe Analytics and digital marketing reporting, with a focus on delivering actionable KPIs to optimize performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Analyze and Report on Digital Marketing KPIs : Monitor, track, and report on key digital marketing metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, ROI, customer acquisition costs, and engagement across channels.
- Adobe Analytics Expertise : Leverage Adobe Analytics to track, analyze, and provide detailed insights into user behavior, campaign performance, and website performance.
- Data Visualization and Reporting : Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders, using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Cross-Channel Performance Analysis : Evaluate performance across various digital marketing channels, including paid search, SEO, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Continuous Optimization : Identify opportunities for campaign optimization based on data driven insights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to suggest improvements and provide strategic recommendations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and executions teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals.
- Market and Competitor Analysis : Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to benchmark performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Project Delivery : Execute assigned tasks to achieve results for clients from their digital marketing programs ensuring the deadlines are met.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure error free delivery in all deliverables from a data and logic perspective.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :
- Demonstration of technical excellence in applying analytical skills on digital marketing programs 2.
- Ability to deliver error free and high-quality output on projects as per the project plan.
- Follow the solution frameworks, processes and templates and contribute in evolving them.
- Follow best practices based on knowledge and expertise in digital marketing and data analytics techniques.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE :
- At least 4-5 years of experience in analytics, customer insights or digital marketing roles.
- Prior experience of working in external client project delivery roles will be preferred.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative disciplines such as Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, etc.is a must.
Qualifications :
- 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with a strong focus on performance tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics (Experience with other web analytics platforms like Google Analytics is a plus).
- Strong expertise in reporting on digital marketing KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Experience with Excel (advanced functions) for data analysis and reporting.
- A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with other marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing analytics.
- Experience with other tools such as SQL, R, or Python for data analysis.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and attribution modelling.
