Job Description

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors
Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

9+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience in InfoLease tool, development using Solifi InfoLease tool or similar tool like Leasewave, Visual Lease, Lease Accelerator, Linux\Unix scripting, Source Code Management, Domain- Banking, leasing industry experience. InfoLease 9 or 10, Unibasic programming, Unidata is required.
PL SQL scripting, Linux scripting, Source Code Management
Java/J2EE Experience, HTML, PL SQL Scripting
Experience in the leasing industry is also desirable
UI Design Experience, Data Modeling, Web Services
Oracle DB Experience including PL/SQL, Source Code Management
Pluses: Apache Tomcat Configuration and Administration, HTML, MQ, JMS, ClearCase,
Experience in the leasing industry is also desirable

Job Expectations:

Provide operational support and troubleshooting for the InfoLease 10 application and its corresponding integrations
Results driven, attention to detail, ability to work independently
Knowledge of file transfer
Ability to do Analysis and Design
Assists with Audits and Annual Disaster Recovery Exercises
Assist with InfoLease tasks including Data Analysis, Data Mapping, Coding, Testing, Specification creation, Connectivity, File Exchange/Transfers, Security, and Environment Management
MS SQL Studio
Knowledge of test automation tools and processes is a plus
Agility methodology
Exposure to DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Nexus, Ansible is a plus

Learning curve is good. Hikes and bonus is also very good. Flexible time and hybrid model

Dislikes

No work life balance. Very short deadlines and need to meet targets. Working on weekends also well to meet the deadlines. Full of politics and can't even able to tolerate the team. Micro monitoring is too much from manager to lead level. Complete restriction over timings at team level.
