This company is open to the Total care of old age patient .I love the fact that I am a part of a team.I get to travel abroad especially to the US and Canada. But on site travel is completely dependent on your services and clients location. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we workhappily I'm collaboration. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is average. I have to work 12- 14 hour's straight in a day . May be this work is good.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challengING . All the travel involved gets a little hectic sometimes, but it's OK. As a long as I get to work closely with the client, it will be great learning experience.
