The HR policy and leave benefits are very good. One of the best in the social development sector.

The Performance review process is very critical. The review you even on the smallest issues. Targets are reviewed very harshly. Often people are put on PIP. You shall always have the fear to lose your job , on having small errors. During appraisal, they even evaluate you on the wrong mail attachment.
