It's parallel bureaucracy. Whoever you are you should follow someone who joined the company before you. Even if you are an IIM graduate, you need to work under people who aren't qualified enough.

It's not a company , it's a group of unorganised people. Here you will not get position according to your experiences. On offer letter your package seems good but actually on hand it's not becoz bonus they give after two year. But work load is so overloaded that 98% employees leave job within six months. I will suggest go there like tourist for 2-3 month and save your career.

Lack of job security, unprofessional behavior, Exploitative policies, no work life balance. Please don't join this company if you already have a job or are looking for one. Do not fall for their packages and fake HR policies. After a successful campaign I-PAC suddenly realized that 85% of their employees are not good enough or are not fit for the company. This says a lot about the people here, there's no respect towards employees who work day and night. There are no office timings, they'll even make you work till late night or till dawn and won't give a damn about it. The people here are extremely unprofessional, arrogant and toxic. I have seen people abusing in the office, which says a lot about their CORE VALUES and the kind of 'respect' they have towards their employees. They'll offer you accommodation and it will be pathetic. Don't fall for the package they are offering you as they know they don't have to pay you all that, because they can fire you at any time. This company will cost you your mental peace, there are no Sundays, there's no appreciation and lastly there's no growth. As many people think after joining this organization they'll be able to make a greater impact in politics or learn about it.
