I was joined IOT as a fresher. I learnt many thing about vessel handling and terminal operation in my IOT career. I participate in each terminal activity and got much support from higher which gave me confidence to work and take decisions.

Dislikes

There was very good culture in working department but also politics in some relative departments and less job security

Company was ok, but work culture is deteriorating day by day

HR expects you to work for 9 hours every day stringtly and than also work over time when there is project deadline or work over weekend as per departments boss whims and fancy. So practically, just keep working. Not conducive for female employees as there is not much flexibility. Don't expect anything of International standards
