I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Company was ok, but work culture is deteriorating day by day

HR expects you to work for 9 hours every day stringtly and than also work over time when there is project deadline or work over weekend as per departments boss whims and fancy. So practically, just keep working. Not conducive for female employees as there is not much flexibility. Don't expect anything of International standards
