Friendly colleagues. There is a lot to learn. Everyday work is challenging and interesting.

Dislikes

No appraisals since 2 years. No timely salary sometime skips a month. No new projects since 1.5 years . HR management is very bad and aggressive. Because of these scenarios over half of the company employees have been layoff. There is no job security. Some people work day and night with no recognition and some people getting awards for doing nothing. The company is in life support, if you want to join this company better search a stable company which guarantees you at least 2 years of work. This company offer you permanent employment but layoff even in 6-7 months, it does not matter how much effort you have given in ongoing projects project manager and admin never value your identity. There is a policy for 30min lunch break failure to do so will result in compliance. It is better to join a company who respect their employees....Read More

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
