The company has a growth-oriented culture in that everyone is working onwards building better and more advanced products. The company is steadily expanding into various product categories and geographical areas and so there is a lot of scope for internal growth if you work hard and smart and do things right. Otherwise, the company has a good work-life balance, people are okay with leaving at the designated time in the evening and there is no such expectation of working till late hours as there could be in other companies. Iorta provides a good work-life balance. Of course, you should always complete your work on time daily. Apart from this, they have flexible timing available! i had opted to change my work timing for a while and it was permitted without any issue.

it being a company with many major clients, there is a lot of work to do. However that provides good learning at the same time.
