The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client bas. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely depended on your project and client's location. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation email from client, nut they most go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. The policies I've faced in Iopex are always Employer friendly and is never Employee friendly. If you join Iopex in October 2022 your first appraisal will be scheduled at April 2024 and you will receive the appraisal amount on May 2024 month's salary with an arrear for the month of April which makes your first appraisal cycle as lateas 19 months and you will not be paid the arrears starting October which your hard earned appraisal money directly goes into Iopex coffers. Your offer letter could be reduced to 2 lines "conditions of your offer could change at any time during your tenure" Also you will be locked with 3 months of notice period once your probation period is complete...Read More

Iopex company has a nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Many cultural events, R&R awards and Team outing are organized by HR and celebrated properly by employees. Infrastructure is nice and huge buildings.
