There is kind of mediocre work that you are supposed to learn in few months and continue for rest of life. Most of the technology used is propeitry so you don't get to work on open source framework and tools which is not good in terms of your personal growth.

Dislikes

It's not to open and transparent. Work life balance is not something you will see here. Senior People tend to spend 12-14 hours each day and expect the same from others.
