Dislikes

Different rules for people wprking from India and other counteries. Indians are asked to work from office 5 day a week where teams based outside of India are working from home all week. There is a strict work timing like it is some service based company. Poor perks

Likes

The people overall including managers, HRs and other staff are all very supportive and helpful. My team has been very helpful in journey from college to corporate. The people here encourage to focus on individual learning along with the work. Got an amazing induction when I joined, with amazing sessions helping me to adapt to the corporate culture.

Dislikes

Only thing I disliked is that particularly my team does not have good quality of work where we are actually focusing on building something. Majority of the development on the solutions were already done when I joined the team. Also, the compensation could be a bit more competitive.
