Do not join if you don't have any business with your personal life. This company will make you work like a donkey 12 14 houra a day. I don't about other projects but my project was horrible. WMST. and that insane manager of WMST Rajneesh.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
