* Advertised as freelance opportunity but is very demanding of your time for training and quality purposes. * Low remunerations per hour by an undercompensating system. * Strict enforcement of feedback and penalty mechanisms and deduction of salary owing to the same.

It was a great experience working with Inzpira. The best part is that there is zero differentiation or partiality when it comes to employee vs manager or Junior vs Senior. I thoroughly enjoyed working at Inzpira and the leadership team was inspiring.

A very good company that is student centric. The company is swift in taking actions to maintain their quality and as trainers we get to experience those initiatives because the amount of time they spent to train the trainers and maintain quality is much appreciated. Starting from behaving to students, being a good trainer all the way to mastering the modules are systematically done at Inzpira. My experience at Inzpira was so good. I got the opportunity to train over 2000 students and I don't think so if I had been teaching in a school or any other place I would have got the opportunity to train these many students....Read More
