Work-life balance is below zero, pathetic work culture, doesn't know how to respect a fellow colleague, the old ones are abusive in nature. As per payment is concerned I did not receive my salary after working more than one month. Then they will show you their offer letter where it is mentioned. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
