I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. They will not give you Salary . Dhananjay (AD) Team - IC One will treat you like shit . He will say rubbish things about you but the truth is he himself does'nt know how to treat people . He cannot even speak a single sentence in English properly . They will tell you that if you are coming to office for salary then please don't come . They do not deliver there projects on time . We were told just to pitch customers in such a way that they agree to pay the EOI . When clients ask about the delivery date they just keep giving them false hopes . They don't give Weekly Offs to their staff . They ask you to work overtime without pay daily...Read More

I love ic as I spent 10 yrs here it was great experience but in terms of salary or employee satisfaction m not satisfied n this is the major reason delay salary is the biggest n only issue...I don't want any bonus any insurance any other employe benefits but yes expecting on time salary without doing any follow ups..rest it's awesome that's your I sent 10 yrs here..

As a real estate salesperson here you got the as many projects you you want from various cities of India also abroad.

-All holidays is working in this company -When you want you resign from your position all your incentives and pending salary will be hold and also there is almost no chance they'll give you back. -After completing the month the salary will come in almost 40-45 days that means initially you have to work more than 2 month without getting any salary.
