Compensation is decent, work environment is good for operation department.

Not providing salary on time, not providing incentive, take so much time to release incentive, not releasing fnf amount to their ex employees,some times not providing contribution in PF account.

Work Details

I have to look after all the operation related work, handing the team, helping sales person to getting information about the product, coordinating with the head office, branches & some customers also. Preparing all the official record.
