Dislikes: I have a point but I will confirm before saying
Likes: We get to consistently maintain and upgrade our skills and knowledge as proper KT happens during the training. It helps a lot when we go on the floor with prior training. My performance get enhance. Training quality is right up there, very good I would say. Company with the desired work culture and interesting people.
Dislikes: Long hours of work you might have to do some of the time. But salary compensate it at least in my case. I don’t know about the others
Likes: it takes place in an unbiased manner and on a timely basis. deserving are given good salary and hikes. individuals are approachable and there is open-door kind of culture. seniors are welcome to constructive discussions and ideas. we as colleagues help each other as far as possible. great place!
