The most important part of the company is the working environment, I have experienced immense support from their end. SEO Manager Mr. Vijay sir is a friendly person, he will always guide you personally. TL & other team members are superb & helpful by nature. I would highly suggest to everyone to work here. HR will consistently provide exceptional support with clear communication.

1. It is completely useless to work under the SEO Manager - Mr. Vijay as he is not aware of what he exactly doing and takes ideas from other websites. When the work is about to be completed or after a week of starting a particular work he realizes what he is doing is a waste of time or wrong, then blames the team for his ideas in front of higher authority and makes them work on weekends or during their day-off. Never listen to what the team says about their style of working or inputs but when it succeeds take sole credit for the entire task. -> Kind of micro-management run by the Manager - supports employees who work literally worse (even a person who has zero knowledge of SEO finds mistakes in this person work) he supports them, but he always finds a mistake in the employees who work really hard. Make changes on the website and sheets during weekends and ask the team who made the changes? 2. When an employee complained about abuse that was faced - the reply from the manager was to "delete that complaint" and told not to work with that person, Neither HR nor the Manager didn't take any action regarding this. 3. I worked as a Consultant for 1 year and 5 months, for my entire consultant period I received a salary with a TDS deduction, and year I received a 15k salary without any full-time conversion, when asked for full-time employee received a neglected reply from HR and Manager was least bothered, this kind of behavior really affected my career with less experience as full-time employee. 4. Basically they say it is Monday to Friday but it's Everyday work, employees who work in higher positions working for 24/7 make sense due to the salary they receive, but how can they expect the employee to work like them with the less amount of salary employee's receive?...Read More
