They never pay salaries on time. If you think to join just because they offer you 200% hike on your current pakage even though don't join. it's a trap don't fall for it. You loss your mental health and physical health too. I never recommend any one to join this organisation. They have no ethics.

Bad Avoid working under sujay nair. at inurture, he active as CAO. All the works of SME and Academic head, he's selling outside as an academic advisor for lump amounts (personal use). Technically he knows nothing, And outdated guy!

Sujay, ashwin ajila, shradha kanwar. All are criminals. Money looters. Before NEET, iNurture needs to boycott by south indians. POSH ACT needs file on soft skill trainers. Manipulative beep! Ashwin, Sujay, shradha all are same. Shradha is a fraud lady. what is going on with the other entities of iNurture? You guys earning in crores, think about other. If you guys are having fund issue, on what basis the hiring is going on. People are having tummy and family. Feed their own family tummies. Basically shradha, sujay, ashwin are all just enjoying their personal life. At least announce publicly , what's your next move. All are educated fools, stuck in wrong organization. Lots and lots of Favorism documents to north lobbies. Basically ashwin is from Canada, sujay is from muscat, sharadha is INDIA and US. Born from silver spoon. Why're you spoiling indian localities! Shradha and sujay always shaming the employees. Shradha sweet poisonous talks. Sujay abusive demean talks. Nothing to say.... Karma is boomerang, enjoy yours! Many of us knows, sujay is associated with various roles. When employee ask the salary Or other concern. He behaves like abroad royal king, not aware of any happenings inside. Just a local drunkard guy always in Western bars of bangalore and mumbai. Sujay way of responds, " Salary issues is for all, why are you questioning! Otherwise pack your bags" You're cheap sujay and shradha... If he smiles, we needs take it as casual talks and smile too. If he shouts, we need to quiet. Sujay is just a bad example and psycho. he do shout or demean your entire personality, family and birth of he/she infront of all, and you won't get any job once you stepped out of this office. Technical question never asked to you because they are 0% updated and upgraded on technical things in training and FDP they used to read slide content only they never describe anything from there side unfortunately they have done Ph.D.. from somewhere but don't know about subject it is not my opinion the other 21 staff members keepon loughing whenever such kind of training done trapped completely here...Read More

Nothing This is the worst company I have worked ever. There is nothing good mentioning about them. The management is worst exploiting employees, they never give salary to their employees only the top management is filling up their pockets. They never respond to the mail. I have more than 2 months salary pending with them and I know 50 more people like me. Don't get caught in their trap.
