I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The environment was so supportive! Everyone genuinely cared about your development and there was no ego. Also, I was able to see a lot of the business side too in gathering user research and rapid prototyping.

It has very toxic culture. Remember if they hire you for high package they want you from 9 to 2 am. It’s very hectic work culture. Manager called late night & work.

There was completely unnecessary flake company got recently. It was not like they called everyone underperformers. They had already given us heads up, gave enough time to learn new tools, technology, they created so many internal mobility opportunities for team members to move around & take up new roles. They did everything they could to save employees.
