Lot of things 1. No salary hike if no sales targets achieved. 2. Always work from office is required incase of emergency like COVID 3. Poor management regarding anything like asking for holiday, asking to credit the salary like when you have reached 10th of the month , and yet salary still no t credited</mark>. 4. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
