The company processes are very organized, and structured. And so you get to learn a lot. There is a seperate operating system called MAS OP and everything is very planned n detailed processed where we get an ample amount of learning . Work culture is great, team works are appreciated, and target is met with a joint effort.

Dislikes

The only problem i see is remuneration. Hike is very very poor. One can not expect a good hike even when he is promoted.

Work Details

Role was challenging and so it was exciting to me. Moreover a very good in depth learning with practical in hand experiences.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
