Everything, there is too much passiveness in its environment, people do politics, and there is no job security, more than 50+ people got fired in a month I worked there for their 'restructuring' so many unethical and bad practices, neither do they care about their students and employers. They do not even care about their fellow colleagues, if you are sick or anything the manager will tell you that you can only have a wfh or day off unless you are bed ridden!
