...overload of work. The amount paid is not even 50% of what they make us work for. This could be coincidence but both the companies I've worked for didn't paid on time whereas has an horrible head employess to guide us. Rude and Arrogant is the perfect work.

The work load in Jobs/ Internships is way too much in comparison to the amount they offer.

Although the in-office salary is very competitive. However, virtual employees salaries need not be deducted considering they have the same workload.

Compensation , and little bit increase in stepend as travel allowance can help intern to work more motovatinally in work.

The only factor which made me leave this firm was the internal politics and lack of support from management.
