As long i was in expedia , it was good, after i was transfered to Accor, i just dont have words to express my grief,i have been through Hell, dirty politics by sub management , i have to leave job,give up my new attained position and have strt from scratch again.though i was given a chance to move to other process,by then i had lost faith in comp.

They have the right to terminate you in 5 minutes staging any reason possible. Rotational shift: in the name of rotational shift your shift can be changed every week. That's right! Your sleep cycle is screwed. There are forced OTs and then you will rarely get paid for them, that's but obvious! The transport system is a different kind of Hell. They'll bring you to office 1 or 2 hours before your shift. The management can hold/ stop the cabs at their will to make you work for extra hours. Oh yes, there are guard on the production floor to stop you from going out. Your washroom breaks are monitored and you can definitely get fired for taking more than 3 washroom breaks in 8 hours. There's a dedicated team of HRs and officials whose sole job is to count and deduct as much is humanly possible from your salary and the hours that you have worked.
