I don't like d yearly increment and monthly PLI structure. This is d worst part of this company, I have been working here for last 2.5 years but i stuck on d same salary. Company don' even provides any bonus or gift on any occasion. Employee satisfaction is 2 out of 10. For some employee company able to provide system for work from home, but for many company couldnt. This is not our fault, we should get paid for this period.Company is providing health insurance of just 1 lakh, which is very low, it should be min 3 lakhs....Read More

They have the right to terminate you in 5 minutes staging any reason possible. Rotational shift: in the name of rotational shift your shift can be changed every week. That's right! Your sleep cycle is screwed. There are forced OTs and then you will rarely get paid for them, that's but obvious! The transport system is a different kind of Hell. They'll bring you to office 1 or 2 hours before your shift. The management can hold/ stop the cabs at their will to make you work for extra hours. Oh yes, there are guard on the production floor to stop you from going out. Your washroom breaks are monitored and you can definitely get fired for taking more than 3 washroom breaks in 8 hours. There's a dedicated team of HRs and officials whose sole job is to count and deduct as much is humanly possible from your salary and the hours that you have worked.
