Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. They have the right to terminate you in 5 minutes staging any reason possible. Rotational shift: in the name of rotational shift your shift can be changed every week. That's right! Your sleep cycle is screwed. There are forced OTs and then you will rarely get paid for them, that's but obvious! The transport system is a different kind of Hell. They'll bring you to office 1 or 2 hours before your shift. The management can hold/ stop the cabs at their will to make you work for extra hours. Oh yes, there are guard on the production floor to stop you from going out. Your washroom breaks are monitored and you can definitely get fired for taking more than 3 washroom breaks in 8 hours. There's a dedicated team of HRs and officials whose sole job is to count and deduct as much is humanly possible from your salary and the hours that you have worked. Oh and did I mention the cab service is not free, and is mandatory for women....Read More
