The company never ever cut our salary during lockdown period that is plus point that we experience and company provided us Masks, Sanitizer every day also they are allowing for work from home to all employees....so this is good organisation...

Dislikes

They are is no canteen and CAB facilities in Design Center and the Salary Increment is not as much as expected every year, other to learn technical things the IAC is one of good organisation.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
