Great technology, excellent brand name. Indian ICE operations suck. Customer support is seated along side core architecture, development and quants teams, It is extremely disturbing. IT department and over all most of the support verticals are extremely unprofessional. Overall, not a conducive environment for employees to make progress.

Dislikes

HR, Recruitment departments are pathetic. They do not have an in-house immigration department. They do not even have a proper ERP for formal exit procedures.

Work from office for 4 days week, if 1 day is holiday than also 4 days work from office. Food vendor is below standard. No table tennis, caram at office. No HR communication. Policies are like of a service based company.

There is no work life balance Company culture and environment is just bad So much gossips than doing work So much negativity Mostly Managers are from foreign states so in India the employees act so much to show that they are working hard and dominate the right persons.
