We can learn some new things and techniques about welding, which is kind of useful.

Work culture is very bad, worst workers and labours didn't ready to listen your voice. The company didn't even take a single care about their employees, all they need from you is to work. Even though you've been working hard, your appraisal will laugh at you, it means the appraisal you get is about in 100's eventhough you gave your best. Nightmare to work here...
