Interarch is good company, however the management play so much politics. It is very difficult to survive in the company. I do not prefer the company. Poor working environment, everyday working hrs 7:00am to 12:00am continue working and not giving any benefits and on Sunday also insists to work no benefits. Worst life in the company. Waste... waste....waste....
