company has not supported if anyone face any problems in site . site supervisior do the work nd the benefits take the seniors. management does not hear juniors discussion.they only hears seniors discussion. not good increment ,not good benefits. dislike the some senior behaviour. some seniors person occurs discrimination in site area. they cut payments without any reason nd they give a notice period for one months nd they remove without any reason in the company. jobs unstable. they are not provide good material nd lastest technology. they provided bad for 1 time then after good material. they are not provide properly room rent. they provide only ₹2500 for room rent .that is not enough for person. material quality not good....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
