Company asks to work for 1 hour extra on a daily basis which is 22 hours/ Month, 264 Hours / Year for FREE as if you are a SLAVE. As per Gujarat state's labour law you should be paid TWICE of your hourly salary for the overtime which is anything more than 8 hours in a day whereas they are literally asking to work for FREE.
