No proper training and even technologies being used are age old. Too much biased managers with no work ethics. Not recommended for people with less than 8-10 years of experience as learning here is a big 0.

The only merit of working at this place is the job security. The company culture is such that it rarely lays off it's employees. However, this does not mean that the company has a very good work culture, it's just that they do not want to spend time on hiring and mentoring new employees on cost of laying off an older one.

Dislikes

The company has very poor work-life balance, minimal to nil appraisals. You're not allotted tasks according to your caliber/interest and the work environment is very hectic with a lot of load on almost all of it's employees. Additionally, the planning of managers is also very poor which leads to provision of last minute tasks to theemployees. Also, you might be called to the office on almost every Saturday/holiday, sometimes even on Sundays for multiple consecutive weeks....Read More

The work for me is very hectic with many last minute and unplanned tasks provided which lead to late night working (till 11pm-1am).
