Policies like WFH helped us stay safe and healthy during this difficult times. This was possible due to the approach taken and understanding shown by the management. They have always looked after the interests of the employees, and this time was no different.

I am taking this opportunity to thank everyone. My team members were assisting in enquiring hospital beds in other hospitals. I called and informed our Covid response team for medicine support. They guided me to get remedisivir. Thanks to HR and Covid response team for continuously following up with me regarding medicine and other support.

Company ensured our health and took care of us by providing the flexibility of Working from home. The policy is still in place. At first, working from home was challenging. However, the management helped us by offering the right facilities and sources. Thank you for supporting us.

CBX-S platform is great if you want to get hands on and learn on latest technologies like Kafka, Elasticsearch, Graphql etc

Dislikes

Management of resources is a huge problem here. Also, there is no structured AGILE methodology followed here for task allocation and everything happens on ADHOC basis.

Lot to learn if you find all the opportunities available. Process can be improved if task are allocated in proper structured way in realistic timelines.
