Everything is goodbut there is no job security. I joined on 8th April 2020 & suddenly on 3rd April 2021 they kick me out from the organisation. Rest are good. Too much politics in company

There is very less focus on skill development at the BPO level for agents, team leaders and above. After learning the process/product related aspect, there are no training programs or training cell for BPO division. There is no job security as the company is very small and has lost a lot of business due to covid 19 and we're not able to align people elsewhere, leading to huge layoffs. There is high stagnation for people working there as there is no proper business acquisition team to get new clients. They have a very reactive approach....Read More

The job was quite interesting in the begining! I struggled initially and got a lot of support and grooming from my reporting manager on the job. There was no formal training session as the company was small and the whole approach was very hands on.

Flexibility to work from home after completing 9 hours of shift in office.

Dislikes

Policies are not adhered to, People along with our managers are insulted by senior most people of the organizations. Women employees are not welcomed here and those going on maternity leaves are ill treated, forcing them to resign. Favoritism by VPs and directors.
