Work culture: ————— If you are working in the Pfizer and Sanofi teams they are in the best teams. Both, are the best teams in pharma/life science. TLs of both teams will not ask to extend or work on the weekend but other TLs ask their recruiters to extend or work on the weekend. Teams: —— The best teams on the floor are Pfizer and Sanofi. For Flattery Person: ———————— The company does not provide equal opportunity to every recruiter. If you can do flattery with your TL, manager, and management then they will always choose you for good appraisal, opportunity, recognition, awards, and good jobs to work. Even, they will give you the WFH option because of your flattery skills. Health Insurance: ——————— They provide 2L coverage from the party. Paramount Health Services & Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd. This insurance company worst company, I have seen in my life. They rejected my whole claim amount twice without a clear justification. Cab Facility: ————— They provide Cab for both sides.
