Everything is just worst as per my experience don't expect salary until salary 3 month no over time even my temporary food handling certificate was expired they gave me fake and even how much you can push them get the Qatar I'd done to be on visa stamping other they will keep delay even 6 months passed they really don't care

For last 2 years or so, the new Lebanese management have caused downfall in terms of work culture, company business,delayed salary for staff, no respect and job appreciation for the hardworking staff. This new management has only somehow fooled the upper management and survived for last 2 years , as they only think about heir survival.
