Likes

It's entirely control of reporting head hands. No humanity, no proper planning.

Dislikes

1. misusing power of reporting head. 2. HR not monitoring production people's problem so why reporting heads misusing their powers. 3. Performance bonus and appraisal upto rep. head. So employees are easily screwed up 3. Rest room maintenance very poor

Work Details

No proper job planning, complete work pressure. Cant lead peaceful life if work here

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
