I really love this because I learnt so many things .I learnt good communication skills and life skills . Those who are fresher's try to get a job in this but one you need to work in that only for one year it really mean your life turning point. It will build your personality and gives confidence that you can achieve any kind of job . You have a better future after working in ILM....Read More

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike is this salary and leave policy. And this is a academic process and no job security. There are no on roll jobs.

Work Details

Head office is in Bangalore and workplace will be in any state in schools.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
