Good platform to start with. Company policies are good. Six months probation period with appraisal process

Dislikes

Not enough skill training time is given. You must know how to work alone. Expectations is very much as compared to the position

Work Details

It is good working condition. A very less training session, so needed to learn alone. Depending upon remote team if got stuck in any situation. Single member team. Work life balance was good.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I started my career with ICT health and I got very good time to learn different things and also got opertunity to travel on-site.

Dislikes

sometimes salary delay and there was a time we felt no job security

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
