Instem quickly felt like home, due to its well-defined processes, supportive working environment and perfect work/life balance. One always has a reliable point of contact throughout your onboarding period where people are only too happy to help and answer questions. I'm extremely happy to work for an organization where it's people are so passionate about what they do !

Cosy , caring and very supportive environment to work. Very good teamwork, no hierarchy , everybody matters and everyone contributes to make it happen, One can share thoughts and ideas for contributing to a decision making. It gives you abundantly in return if you are equally involved! It has great work covenant which has obligations and commitments, but they are more relational. The company offers a wfh policy, allowing employees to maintain a healthy work life balance. The flexibility is helpful for those with family commitments or long commutes. Colleagues are often supporting each other and working collaboratively to meet goals

Dislikes

Company is currently in lay off mood with new CEO and organizational changes. Terminations often come without sufficient notice, leaving employees unprepared. There is little transparency in the process and people aren't informed in advance, which negatively impacts morale.

Here we have great work culture. Work life balance. Salary with market rate.

Dislikes

We do not get promotion very easily. Since Instem is acquired by Archimed, there have been lot restructuring made to the roles. Cyber incident happened in early 2024 had impacted the revenue that caused the lay-off saying that we are restructuring the role. Otherwise it was great place to work.

Recently they removed 70+ of employees all of sudden. In 1 year 2 layoffs. May be India company employee count is under 30 now. It was a good company when I joined. I felt like lucky to join in this company that too permanent WFH . But after stakeholder changing, they are removing lot of employees.

The delivery manager and the team were exceptional in providing the needs for the team members. Byt again i was lucky enough to work with a good team and manager.

Dislikes

Downfall started after new company acquired Instem as there were silent layoffs of an entire wing of the company without prior notice.
