Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. This company is really good for a fresher who just completed his graduation or 12th they can easily get hired and gain experience for their future. Environment is very good you will feel very comfortable working here. Work pressure is average and management is just ok.

Dislikes

Salary and promotion culture does not even get 1 star, they are really bad when promoting thier employees, and they a very basic salary which is just enough to complete one's need. Other thing do not expect much about activities and functions.
