Platform Technology Team 1. Inclusive work environment - Team members are always helpful 2. Good mentors and leaders 3. Work life balance 4. ESOPs for all employees(when salary was cut due to covid reasons) 5. Good employee experience (vaccination for all, wfh setup reimbursement, etc)

1. If you spent more time in the same team, you get saturated, transition to cross functional teams is difficult. 2. Sometimes, chaotic management in moving people from one team to another. 3. Learning & development could be more streamlined 4. Actual employee engagement activities should be there especially during WFH time. 5. Work pressure sometimes is high

The environment is very chaotic, CEO is really arrogant and the Chief Experience Officer who leads the HR team has allegations of harassment on glassdoor. During my short 6 month tenure 3 female HR employees were let go for the same reason. Extreme hire and fire policy no employee benefits like training, transport or meal passes provided. The CTO often asks employees to work extremely late hours and give unmanageable deadlines. Working here is sink or swim.
