Nothing much to like about the company it is run very unprofessionally and there are people in the organisation that have been very indecent towards working women with ambition. They are usually rewarded and promoted to next level and women are discarded usually . No training or support is given and last minute forced work is assigned one minute before meetings on monthly reporting.

Dislikes

Almost all of the company culture is regressive and hierarchical . It is very non conducive culture for young and hard working employees who want to build their career.

Very bad HR policy duty time is 14 hr no one taking care of employees , If manager is not satisfy they can mark you LOP after full day working
