Insomniacs is only meant for freshers! Freshers are clueless and so are they. The HR is only there to deduct your salary, nothing else. One of the directors of the company is loud, aggressive and abusive (that's why they haven't installed any CCTV cameras inside the office because the director might lose it on its employees ANY GIVEN MOMENT). Timings are 12-9 and I can assure you, you'll never leave that place before 12. During lunch break you'll be struggling to find a place to sit and eat. Let's come to the main point, they claim to be creative but they're vague (once you'll start working for them, you'll understand it all by yourself). And also, they have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to their employees' ailing health. I would like to conclude with just three words to describe them; clueless, pointless and useless....Read More
