Job description:
- Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
- Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients for upselling which leads to new business opportunities.
- Become the SPOC (Single point of contact) for the clients assigned to you.
- Manage their digital presence and aim at achieving the set targets with the team.
- Attend meetings with clients to understand their needs and assess the satisfaction.
- Ensuring Client Satisfaction is achieved with the team.
- Being updated with the day to day task along with the team and achieving them.
- Suggest creative strategies on the basis of your knowledge and research on current marketing trends and competitive analysis.
- Generating and maintaining team ROI reports.
- Ensuring the timely provision of the bills to the clients and taking up the responsibility of timely payment from them.
- Lead idea-generating processes and initiate innovations in the campaigns.
- Staying updated with trends and the industry, conducting research on current marketing trends and competitive analysis implemented across teams.
- Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
- Ensuring and responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Research and prepare client presentations, reports and take charge over client meetings.
- Preparing and executing team training.
